Established in 2014 as a seriously authentic Pink Floyd Tribute band, we relaunched in 2022 with new members and a renewed passion for the finest rock band on the planet!
We are experienced performers and are passionate about recreating the music of Pink Floyd.
Dave - Keyboard
Keyboards & Backing Vocals
Dave plays keyboards plus adds backing vocals, having been lured into the band with the promise of fame and wealth!
His Nord, Roland and Kurzweil keyboards along with a Hammond sound module, add colour and character painstakingly recreated to match the original Pink Floyd recordings.
Chris - Lead Guitar
Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals
Chris plays lead guitar, synth plus backing vocals. Chris has been playing guitar for over forty years and spent the early eighties working for Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull.

As well as On Thin Ice, Chris was previously a founder for another Floyd tribute act, plus remains a member of AC/Dizzy.
Nigel P - Lead Vocals
Lead Vocals & Rhythm Guitar
Nigel has been playing music since he was 7 when his parents bought him his first guitar. His first band XL was formed in1992 which had a successful 4 year run.

Later on Nigel worked with "Eclipse" and most recently, "Total Mayhem" which he is still performs with around the South East.
Nigel -Drums
Drums, Percussion & Digital Pads
Nigel has been hitting things since his school days when his Dad bought him his first kit. He has played drums on and off for over 30 years with various covers and original bands, he also toured the south of England supporting Jethro.
Now super excited about joining On Thin Ice and channelling his inner Nick Mason!
Alan - Bass Guitar
Bass Guitar
Based in London, Alan has played in various bands over the years covering a wide range of genres and Pink Floyd is right up there.
Currently he is also the bassist for "AC/Dizzy" with Chris, and house bassist for Lasso the Moon Promotions.
Tony - Guitar
Rhythm Guitar & Slide Guitar
Tony plays both slide guitar and rhythm guitar along with some backing vocals. He also has a bundle of special effects up his sleeve - birds, Stuka's, you name it, he's got it.

Tony is the bands historian. He went to his first Pink Floyd concert at Earls Court in 1973 where they performed Dark Side of the Moon using their new quad sound system, and was hooked.
Glyn - Saxophone
Saxophone & Stage Manager
Glyn has been playing music, singing and acting for over 40 years. He has more recently started fiddling with the technology side of things.
Bringing live Sax and looking after front of house audio, Glyn is looking forward to this new direction in his musical life'
Mish - Backing Vocals
Backing Vocals & Percussion
Mish has been singing for over 20 years in her local pub circuit and now enjoys fun jam nights and stand-in vocals for other bands.
Not wanting to front a band again Mish jumped at the chance to join On Thin Ice, her love of Floyd music driving her. We are so pleased to have her on board.
Sarah - Backing Vocals
Backing Vocals & Percussion
Sarah performs in the London and Kent Soul Choir's, performing at the Blackheath Festival, Electric Ballroom and The Shard, she also performed at The Young Vic Theatre
Brought up in a household that loved 70s/80s/90s rock, which of course included Pink Floyd - Welcome Sarah !

Tim - Lighitng
Lighting Design and Operation
Based in London, Tim has designed, directed and performed in many stage productions, but has a passion for lighting.
We are excited to have Tim on board working with us and making us look good...not easy with us lot ;-)
Sean - Technical Support
Lighting & Band Support
Sean is the bands backbone and provides a wealth of support to On Thin Ice both at rehearsals and live shows.

The History
Peter Spokes - Jan 2018
Lead Vocals & Rhythm Guitar
Pete pulled together a group of people to provide a Pink Floyd tribute band for a yearly festival. After the festival the group decided to stay together forming On Thin Ice. He was a multi-talented instrumentalist and a passionate musician. Pete sadly passed away suddenly in Jan 2018 and will be sadly missed by us all!
Alan Dove - August 2018
Bass Guitar
Good Night Al. Taken away far too soon. Thank you for all the Pink Floyd music we played together for over 5 years. We will never forget & hope we will do you proud old buddy.
Rest now and some day we will meet again and play the rest of those Pink Floyd songs.
Darren Pascalini - Drums
Drums, Percussion & Sample Pad
Daz - Drummer, and our time keeper extraordinaire for 8 great years. Heartbeat of the band and had his finger on the pulse.
It was truly fantastic to have him on board. Daz left to pursue other music adventures, so we wish him good luck for the future!

Rhythm Guitar & 12 String Acoustic
Graham played rhythm guitar and accoustic 12 string for the band and brought a unprecedented Floyd-esk passion to his performance.

Corrie Rosenbaum - Vocals
Backing Vocals & Percussion
Corrie was our fantastic backing vocalist and percussionist of 8 years, joining the band upon its formation and as a newly established singer. We wish her every success in the future
Simon Dee-W - Lead Vocals
Lead Vocals & Bass Guitar
A brilliant musician and hard working member of the band. A hard act to follow!
